Post subject: Baal xp nerfed for rushed chars?

I remember rushing toons to baal and then running them from 1 to 40 in normal mode and continuing on to nightmare. Has this been nerfed? i just rushed three toons and did a run and never even leveled once... Toon is level 21.

You must be level 25+ to get good experience on norm baal.
So get to lvl 24, than do ancients, and than norm baal runs at 25.
