 Post subject: need help how do I fix this ...all friends are offline

Since the latest ladder reset I have been having a big problem with friends list.

I add a friend and they are in chat channel but they are shown offline.
Mutual friends same way..everyone is offline.

I have removed friends and added them back but they still show offline.

any help is greatly appreciated.
