Hello everyone

I have quick questions about hacking a game.

I play a windows game which connects to a server (with its IP which I know, no domain name) and I would like to make the game connect to another IP (my own server in fact).

I tried editing the hosts file but it does not work, it seems to be working with domain names only, not IP.

Then last question is how can I enable a disabled button in a game ?

For both questions, I tried messing around with CheatEngine and OllyDbg but couldnt find anything...
