After 3 items the next get cut in half.

It doesn't cut out the item window? I placed my 1920x1080 screenshots and It just combined those.

He never claimed it would auto crop items for you.

I made something like this in AutoIt. It slices out the items of screenshots and montage them with numbers. Very early beta, but if some would be interessted, i would think about final it. (Replace my absolute pathes with relative and so on, u know :) )

Edit: Maybe bad idea, got some probs with differnt gamma values, need to find a solution for this first.

I have the same issue, every 4th item is almost entirely cropped out.
