$20 says that it's a local gangs sign who instead of tagging, they print out stupid shit and post it on lamp posts for people to find and try to figure out just so the gang members know that you are thinking of the gang whether you know it has anything to do with a gang or not.

It's some mystic shit.

Weird that it was posted out somewhere out in the open.

What kind of billboard was it?

My friend (the same one who came up with the colored circles pattern idea) and I went out around 2:00 AM to go to Taco Bell and ponder more of this mystery. As the Taco Bell we wanted to go to was closed when we got there (2:15), we decided to go to another one that I had just looked up on Google Maps from my phone. We didn't find it, but at 3:00 we went to another Taco Bell that we knew existed. Unfortunately, we got there RIGHT when it was closing (at 3) and couldn't order any food. So, we went to the White Castle across the street.

This story has a relevant point!

While we were talking in the car about this intriguing symbol, he came up with a novel idea. Rather than rotate the snake through the maze, why not transform the maze around the snake? If that were to happen, then the pentagon itself would spell out letters just like an Ouiji board!

So, I rendered a movie that shows just that, it's quite interesting, actually. The pentagon's top-most point (the "arrowhead") points to the following letters in the following order:
L,H,H,L,Q,H,Snake,O,O,Snake,H

Note - it IS entirely possible for the snake to move through the maze in such a way that it only moves forwards, however, that would require enlarging the maze. Rather than do that, I shrunk the snake.

Also, I'm not yet done running Caesar's on my previous results.

Edit: I just realized another correlation - if you draw lines across your keyboard using the Q, L, H, and O keys, you in-effect draw an arrow which spans the keyboard and, points using the L (which is at the center of the pentagon) at the question-mark key on the keyboard (this keyboard is slightly longer than mine and doesn't point exactly to the ?, but on my keyboard it works):

Taken from that 4chan link BWS posted...

My guess... judging from that link to the fucked up looking blog... is that it just some attention starved goth kids who are looking to be seen and "feared".

You guys are looking way too deep into this. Any goth kid can print out some mystic looking symbol from another goth's myspace and make it look 'mystic'-ish. As someone pointed out, the very same symbol appears on a fictional cover of the Necronomicon, a completely made up book, which only further points to the fact that this is the work of some random goth printing out a symbol he found on the internet which means absolutely nothing. It's just an amalgam of random mystic symbols.

Me neither, because it's the U.S layout... Try changing your keyboard layout and then you have it there.

Id agree with you... but click on one of those links PurE posted... there are easily 3 - 4 links on either of those pages... and the new pages have 3-4 more links on them as well...

Not to mention it takes a fair amount of time to make those fucked up pages to begin with...

I needed a symbol that looked similar to that, to get into an underground rave...
