Update : The problem was super dry skin

Doctor gave me some 5% steroid stuff I have to put on my penis and it makes it better

I still have it because I haven't followed the instructions regularly but it is NOWHERE NEEEER that.

no std's or anything like that, and wasn't caused by furious masturbation.
