Blizzhackers

First of all sorry for my bad English.

I'm having a website built by a Chinese company, so I don't have a lot of communication with them. Anyways, a lot of the content on the website will be implemented by me, but I'm pretty new to website building etc. It'll be some sort of social networking website so we'll use facebook as example. There'll be two types of user accounts, free and premium accounts, premium as in monthly paying. Now I'm having a little problem (I think) because I can't find out how to link the premium level of accounts to a monthly fee, as in a payment system. I found a few ready to use payment systems such as www.ogone.com. But will this payment system do this automatically for me or will I need to code that myself, in some way?

Sorry if this doesnt make any sence, I'm very new to this.
