Also, buying 12 months of WoW awards you with a free digital copy of D3 (not CE).

The USB drive comes with Diablo 2 and lord of destruction on it lord knows i lost mine 3 years ago when I moved.

Will that and the tyrall angel wings be worth paying twice as much for the collectors vs the regular one probably not.

I don't play WOW so pets are of no use to me but maybe i can sell/trade it for D3 stuff.

speculate....

1. Buy a CE and a regular copy.
2. Don't open the CE, keep it at a safe place. Only open the regular copy.
3. Play D3.
4. ?
5. Sell CE for massive profits.

anyone else notice this:

For a limited time only, players who make a 12-month subscription commitment to World of Warcraft through the WoW Annual Pass will receive the following epic rewards:

* Diablo III FREE – Download the digital version via Battle.net for free when the game launches early next year. This is the full game, not a trial edition.

**when the game launches early 2012!!

game stop had 3/1/12 for a release date

and people tried that buy a collectors and regular edition when burning crusade came out and they were not worth anything more than what you paid

Already purchased the annual pass and preordered the CE. Too much good shit to pass up.

My only gripe is that they didn't guarantee a spot in D3 beta. It wouldn't have been a big deal to throw that in, and it would have sent sales through the roof.

Because Tyrael's wings just so happened to be aesthetics, why don't they just let the Fanboys mount Tyrael himself.

This company is literally retarded.

So if I am to give away the USB drive with Diablo 2 on it, how can the receiver get on battle.net?
