i had an idea for a sig but have no idea how to make it work/

just like my xfire sig it autoupdates my in game hour status and server info but i would like to do that with last.fm

how do i make a last.fm sig that says what song im playing and what radio station im streaming?

like this:

but i cant find any current projects that are working
